What kind of screening and background checks does your organization perform?
All of our candidates are vetted on the phone prior to setting up an in-person interview. They must possess and complete the following:
Detailed applications, outlining the candidates work history in chronological order, are required and assessed to determine if they match HomeFront Lifestyle Staffing’s set of criteria and qualifications.
Candidates are met in person by one of our talent managers to assess whether they possess the skill sets, criteria, and “intangibles” that we require.

After an offer of employment is made to a potential candidate, HomeFront Lifestyle Staffing provides a detailed background check report from an independent full service background and employment screening agency.
This comprehensive report includes: Social Security Validation, Address History, State & Federal Criminal Search, Homeland Security Search, National Sexual Offender Database Search, and a Driving Record Search.
You place legal candidates. What does that mean?
All of the candidates we represent must be legally allowed to work in the United States, which means they have a valid green card, work authorization or are a United States citizen.
I know that legally household employees are supposed to be paid on the books. I have no idea how to do that. Can you help?
