Our Story

Our clients are primarily high-net-worth individuals, Family and Corporate Offices, and Corporate Clients engaging us to assist Executive's with their private household staffing needs.

At HomeFront Lifestyle Staffing we believe in the critical importance of providing high-functioning families with the people they need to go from good to great; from surviving to thriving. Our ability to place the best candidates in the right jobs time after time, is born from hands-on experience, our understanding of the market, and the deeper needs of both clients and candidates.

Since 2005 husband and wife team, Jaime and Matthew Hochhauser, both New York natives and working parents, have raised the bar in the area of household and corporate staffing. They make placements primarily in New York City and the Hamptons, but have also placed candidates around the country, in Europe and in the Middle East.

What makes us different is our focus on mutually enriching relationships. We have created a culture that values all participants. This is key to the success of any business or household. We help both parties come to the table with their needs clear and their voices heard. This eliminates misunderstandings, creates trust, and establishes an environment of empowerment.

MEET THE FOUNDER & CEO

Jaime Hochhauser, Co-Founder

Jaime Hochhauser has over 20 years of experience in Household Staffing and Executive Recruitment. After six years learning the business working for other staffing companies, Jaime, along with her husband Matthew, saw a way to make lifestyle staffing and recruiting more personalized and effective, and with that goal in mind, started The Right Staff in 2005. Recently rebranded HomeFront Staffing, this lifestyle staffing and recruiting company has been catering to the sophisticated New York City based consumer for the past 18 years and has raised the bar for the Private Household Staffing industry.

Jaime holds a degree in Public Relations and Mass Communication from Boston University College of Communication where she received the Blue Chip Award for excellence and leadership in the field of Communication. Jaime started her career working for Columbia Tri-Star Pictures and Conde Nast. Known as the "Household Staffing Guru" and named a "Supermom" by Big City Moms in 2014, Jaime has been profiled in many publications including Forbes Magazine, The New York Times, The Franklin Report, Wall Street Journal and Hamptons Magazine. A native New Yorker who was raised in the Hamptons, and mother of two, Jaime has an intimate grasp on the standards of living and expectations of her discerning clientele.

Matthew Hochhauser, Co-Founder

Matthew Hochhauser co-founded The Right Staff with Jaime in 2005 and together has helped grow the company into what is now, HomeFront Staffing.

Matthew has over 20 years of diverse financial, managerial, business, sales and entrepreneurial experience. In addition to The Right Staff, Matthew founded Hochhauser & Co., LLC, an entrepreneurial consulting company for developmental and early stage companies. Matthew brings to HomeFront the experience of a career in the financial industries, having worked at Bear Stearns Inc., RBC Dain Rauscher Inc., and Janney Montgomery Scott, LLC, before leaving Wall Street to pursue more entrepreneurial endeavors. Matthew oversees the company's finances, operations, marketing, and business development initiatives. He is responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of the company.

Alongside his role at Homefront, Matthew is a licensed and seasoned security professional specializing in Executive and Close Protection, High-Profile Event Security, Asset Protection & Residential Security. He collaborates with carefully chosen companies to provide an array of risk mitigation services.

Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Government from Lehigh University. He is a Manhattan native and the father of two boys.
