Our initial conversation is conducted on the phone. If we feel that we need a more accurate assessment in-person, we will gladly come and meet with you. We recognize that your time is valuable and try to streamline things in the most efficient way possible.

All of our candidates are vetted on the phone prior to setting up an in-person interview. They must possess and complete the following:

Application Process

Detailed applications, outlining the candidates work history in chronological order, are required and assessed to determine if they match HomeFront Lifestyle Staffing’s set of criteria and qualifications.

In-Person Interview

Candidates are met in person by one of our talent managers to assess whether they possess the skill sets, criteria, and “intangibles” that we require.

Reference Checking

We do not just accept written letters of reference. We require telephone numbers for previous employers so we can personally call and speak to the references in detail. We also offer this opportunity to you, should you request

Background Investigation:

After an offer of employment is made to a potential candidate, HomeFront Lifestyle Staffing provides a detailed background check report from an independent full service background and employment screening agency.

This comprehensive report includes: Social Security Validation, Address History, State & Federal Criminal Search, Homeland Security Search, National Sexual Offender Database Search, and a Driving Record Search.

All of the candidates we represent must be legally allowed to work in the United States, which means they have a valid green card, work authorization or are a United States citizen.

Homefront Lifestyle Staffing does not offer tax advice, but can introduce you to companies who specialize in a full spectrum of household payroll service and support.

All of our fees are based on a percentage of the candidate’s annual gross salary. Once you contact us and are interested in becoming a client, we will email you a New Client Welcome Packet which explains our fee structure in detail.
